Akasel Aka-Allegran 1, rigid grinding disc with a unique black-and-white hexagonal pattern. The disc is predominantly white with a black mesh design. Measuring 250 mm in diameter, it is specifically designed for precise metallographic fine grinding and polishing.

Aka-Allegran 1

For fine grinding and polishing with 3 – 0.01 µm.

Aka-Allegran 1 is the softest Allegran in our range and is typically used for materials with a hardness ranging from 150 HV – 2000 HV.

Aka-Allegran rigid grinding disc replaces a number of grinding steps, typically P320 – P1200 with one single step.

Aka-Allegran 1 can be used immediately and needs practically no maintenance.
