DiaDoublo a une concentration de diamants plus faible que DiaUltra et DiaMaxx. DiaUltra, DiaMaxx et DiaDoublo contiennent des diamants de première qualité pour garantir les meilleurs résultats de polissage. Cela signifie que seuls les meilleurs diamants monocristallins ou polycristallins sont ajoutés à nos suspensions diamantées.
Les diamants monocristallins sont disponibles sous forme de diamants naturels et de diamants artificiels. Les diamants monocristallins artificiels sont ceux qui sont utilisés aujourd’hui dans la préparation des échantillons métallographiques. Ils ont les mêmes propriétés que les diamants naturels. Les diamants monocristallins offrent une action abrasive suffisante pour la plupart des matériaux.

Les diamants polycristallins sont utilisés pour les exigences les plus élevées et fournissent des résultats de préparation exceptionnels. Les diamants polycristallins sont produits artificiellement et ont une forme uniforme, en blocs, avec une surface rugueuse. Les diamants polycristallins sont bien adaptés à la préparation des matériaux durs.

Outre la qualité du diamant, la distribution de la taille des particules est également importante pour obtenir un résultat de polissage optimal et reproductible. Toutes nos suspensions diamantées présentent une distribution granulométrique étroite. Dans nos suspensions de diamants monocristallins et polycristallins, nous utilisons la distribution de taille de particules la plus étroite. La faible déviation de la taille des diamants permet d’obtenir les taux d’enlèvement les plus élevés, les temps de préparation les plus rapides et la meilleure reproductibilité dans la préparation de vos échantillons.
