Aka-Cure Slow

Agent de durcissement époxydique à durcissement lent. Sa longue durée de vie en pot et sa faible température de pointe en font un produit adapté à l’imprégnation et à l’enrobage d’échantillons sensibles à la chaleur.

Durcit en 8-24 h à 22 ℃. La température maximale est de 40 ℃ dans un enrobage de 40 mm de diamètre. Pour de meilleurs résultats, appliquer une post-cuisson à 100 ℃ pendant 1 h.

Il est recommandé d’utiliser un refroidissement forcé dans une hotte avec des moules de plus de 40 mm de diamètre pour éviter l’emballement thermique.

Mélanger exactement 12 g d’Aka-Cure Slow avec 100 g d’Aka-Resin Liquid Epoxy (alternativement 13,5 ml/100 ml).

Viscosité : 20 cps à 25 ℃.
